Vancouver Gear Works Ltd. has long been the leader in sprocket manufacturing. We continue to supply a wide range of sprockets, including Roller Chain sprockets, Conveyor Chain Sprockets, Silent Chain Sprockets and Gear Belt Sprockets.

Custom Sprockets

With the extensive gear cutting and machining facilities at Vancouver Gear, we are able to create virtually any specialty sprocket. With C1040 plate material in stock, we can flame harden and make specialty solid construction sprockets up to 180" outside diameter with multiple strands and width.

Shafts

VANGEAR has the capability to design / engineer all of your shafting requirements. All shafts are machined to exacting specifications. We can utilize high carbon alloy steel and then grind and polish to very high surface finishes. To  minimize stress concentrations and ensure optimum shaft strength, we machine radiuses into all corners and shoulders.
