VANGEAR SHOP CAPACITY

VANGEAR has an excellent reputation for having the best production capacity in Western Canada. Our scope of machining capabilities includes 175 customized machining centres enclosed in a commanding 50,000 square foot facility. We have the expertise for making gears in sizes ranging from less than 1" to over 192" in diameter. At VANGEAR, we manufacture and supply both straight tooth bevel gears and spiral bevel gears utilizing a variety of materials. We can also produce straight tooth bevel gears up to 60 inches in diameter and coniflex or crowned flanks up to 24 inches in diameter. Our gearing, machining and fabricating capabilities include:
